This topic frustrates me till no end, its actually quite stupid how this is playing out. Last July, you had David Grusch testify, he brought 40 witnesses/whistleblowers to both the ICIG and also gave around 14 hours of testimony to staffers of the senate select committee on intelligence. The testimony from the witnesses was enough for Chuck Schumer to put his name on legislation along with senator rounds. In this legislation, Schumer states that multiple credible witnesses have come forward stating there is a crash retrieval/reverse engineering program that is being kept from congress and also states that the atomic energy act of 1954 was being abused to hide this information. Anything classified under the atomic energy act of 1954 is shielded from the president of the united states and congress, meaning that legislation is required to fix this loophole in classification system.

Since July, congressional members in the house, the UAP caucus as its called, Luna, Burchett, Moskowitz, Garcia, Mace, Burleson, Gaetz, all have been unable to restore David Grusch security clearances. According to Rep. Grotham in the Nov 13th hearing, they have not been able to get him into a SCIF and get access to the testimony he's already given, testimony that details location of craft, who and where the custodian's are located, plus a hostile witness list that can be called into further hearings.

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the committee furthest briefed on the evidence was convinced enough to attempt legislation in last years NDAA which was purported to be thwarted in the conference committee agreement when the NDAA from the house and senate were being merged into a single bill by Mike Turner of Ohio, Mitch McConnel, Mike Rogers of Alabama and Speaker Johnson, although it was alleged, never proven. Turner is the chairman of the House permanent select committee on intelligence and represents the district of the Wright Patterson airforce base, which has been long etched in the cover up lore. Wright-Patterson base is where the alleged Roswell crash debris and bodies were taken to in '47. Turner's major donors are all big defense contractors, thus adding to the shadiness of his dismissal of the UAP topic.


Fast foward to Nov 13th's hearing in the House. That oversight committee is low level, its a committee that doesn't even have subpoena power. Most of the politicians on that committee are low level entry politicians who have no access to get to any real information. Nancy Mace being ranked the highest since she's on the House Armed Services committee out of that committee. The committee who has access to the information has yet to call hearings(SSCI, senate select committee on intelligence), despite having access to most of the classified testimony.

Regardless of whether or not you believe this is real, what is real is that regardless of what this technology ends up being, super black budget top secret man made stuff, legit offworld stuff operated by a non-human intelligence or some reversed engineered stuff from the late 40's and 50's, the gang of eight must be notified and this 100% being kept from them. Harry Reid when he was the senate majority leader and gang of eight member all those years ago got told to F.off when he was trying to get access to information regarding UFO's when he was setting up the AAWSAP program.
