I can't. He should have not taken that job.

I don't feel bad for him at all. Don't get me wrong, I'll always love him for stabilizing this franchise and getting us a ring. But I'm a bit sour at the way he left. His 1 year "retirement", he basically ditched us when we were down bad.

Plus in that final year, he went way off the board to take Payton Turner in the first round, and reportedly got the supposed to be white alternate helmet changed to that black monstrosity we're stuck with. Imagine how good a white helmet would've looked with the Color Rush??

Payton got exactly what he wanted. Hard to feel bad for him for that (though again, I'll always like him).

Nope. He got what he wanted. A switch to a team with a QB he likes. I believe he thought he was going to have more options than he had though. We have their 2nd round pick so him losing helps us this season.

I wish him the best going forward, but honestly I just don’t care how things go for his new team (and why should any of us)?

We all should care because we have the Broncos 2nd round pick. But also I hold grudges.

My friend lives in Denver die hard broncos fan. He saying they aren't SP fans so far. I have to admit, deep down inside i could care less. I know i should feel grateful for all he's done for the city but how complicated he ran the offense, causing Mike Thomas to get his ankle hurt while we were up, and how he just left shorty after drew's departure..... He got the team he wanted and the QB he wanted. Him losing two close games doesn't both me at all much less talking trash about the previous head coach.
He’s a complicated character. A double edged sword. Some negatives came with the positives. Just enough to shoot you in the foot in tge big games.

A grudge against a guy who was burnt out? Why?

If you believe he was "burnt out," that's your opinion. I believe he wanted an upgrade at QB and was frustrated he couldn't find it on his own. He already got something most coaches don't get. A year off in 2012 without losing his job. I don't believe he would've been "burnt out" if we had Mahommes at QB.
