BATON ROUGE -- As he was so many times during the past two years, defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey was the focus of attention Wednesday as the NFL descended on LSU's indoor facility for Pro Day.
Dorsey was good enough on the field last season to win a majority of the major national awards for a defender and was the leader of a defense that helped LSU win the BCS national championship. This time, however, some scouts were watching to see if he could perform the drills, not how well.
That came as no secret to Dorsey. A series of nagging injuries in 2006 and 2007 sometimes limited his playing time but never caused him to miss a game and health questions have dogged him as the endless breakdowns and analysis reach a crescendo before next month's draft.
