NFL Draft Edge pass rush win rates for True pass sets: (13 Viewers)

Really surprised he doesn't get more run around here. I would expect the LSU fans to be beating the drum for him.

Personally for me I get Mingo vibes, but I can't articulate why. It's possible its just overexaggerated concerns on my own part. As such, I'm staying away from beating the drum for him or saying no. But yes, I'm intrigued.

I have had Josiah Stewart mocked a couple of times to us. Would be a nice pick up.
Swinson is going to be a baller for sure.
The difference between him and the #2 guy in this metric is enormous. It's the difference between being at the top of the dark green group and the middle of the yellow.

I definitely need to study up on Josiah.

There has never been any doubt by me that Stewart is going to be a great nickel rusher. He also did benefit from playing next to the 2 best DTs in the draft lol

TLDR: Very very undersized. Played next to the two best iDL in football. Quick off the line and good flexibility.

Can't imagine he's ever a 3 down player in the NFL he's just too small.

This chart I'm looking at shows both Swinson and Stewart going anywhere from pick 35 to mid-90s. If we got one at our 71 pick... great value. I'm hoping for Swinson myself.

There is a very strong connection between LSU and the Saints on the defensive line. I can easily see Swinson being the pick at 40, or even trading back into the late first to get him if they really like him.
