I don't know if it's just the jersey number but geeeezzzz Abdul Carter reminds me of Micah Parsons so much!
I really want him to be there at number 9, but I highly doubt it... but you never know.

We had to wait until after the Saints pick (14) last draft to see the Colts take the first defensive player off the board which was Latu at 15.

Carter is going top 5. To me he’s the best player in the draft.

Someone I was talking to cringed when we were talking draft and he was brought up. He watched the Notre Dame game vs Penn State and said how Abdul was losing his edge, over rushing and not making any plays.

It wasn't a pretty performance, he's right. But he was playing with an injured shoulder also. So ya.

The guy is a bit of a monster. People like to compare him to Micah Parsons but to me he seems more agile similar to Jared Verse.

He will be a great edge rusher - That other teams will run right at in the NFL... Watch the vids of him not rushing the passer... He is a lot like Parsons in many ways... Not sure if he will be as good, but a good comp.

He's a ILB/OLB hybrid. Think Zach Baun but w/ the athleticism to rush off the edge consistently on 3rd downs.

No more moving up unless it’s a certain QB in a particular year. This franchise needs loads of good players not one or two. TRADE DOWN numerous times. Get 6 of the top 100 in the draft not 3.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if he's the pick. I'm still all about the o- or d-line, doesn't matter which. Need depth badly along both lines. We could also see the trenches addressed in free agency, which is of course more than a month before the draft. Just no trade-ups for anybody, please!

I'm hoping one of those you mentioned will be there at 9.
We are going to get a good player for our football team either way.

He's definitely an interesting player. I can see the Micah Parsons comparison for sure. And he certainly won't be available outside the top 5.
