Engineers dropping giant balls in volcano... (1 Viewer)

As someone with an engineering degree, I approve of this thread title.

However, I do not approve of the lack of care they show with their giant concrete balls.

Is it me, or does anyone else see the pressure building up under these concrete balls to the point that they finally are blown up in the air only to come crashing down on someone's house/car/person?

The balls you're thinking of, Sandman, would probably have to be a lot bigger.

Probably so, I didn't read the article, admittedly. I just read the thread title and immediately visualized giant balls flying through the air.

I think it means you have a low weight value when you are wearing your house slippers.

Thank God. I thought I was getting heavy. That's a load off my mind.

/skips off merrily
