Shout out to Saint Lattimore who brought my attention to these guys in his post on the Cooks thread. So I checked out some stats and highlight videos and I think there should be a couple of guys we target. Guys who have shown some flash, but are buried in very deep depth charts. Have a looksee and comment with your thoughts on these guys:

Auden Tate has the best catch radius in the NFL

Yikes both of these players have terrible catch rates. Id like a reciever to have a catch rate of 65-70 percent
That's why I provided the video. So you could see how many of those were bad passes, well challenged, and how many were dropped.

My bad there. I was looking for YouTube screen for video. I see why you like Austin Tate. Whoever was throwing him the football was trying to get him killed

Landry or bust for me. OBJ is a non-starter, won't be able to play until the late fall at the earliest.

With how that room looked last season, no more "under the radar" signings at WR. You need to go big, you need bonafide players.

Auden Tate please. He occupied the same WR role as AJ Green and just when he thought he'd get his chance, they drafted Tee Higgins who plays that role. I kept that dude on my fantasy team for years hoping he'd get his chance.

The thing about that is there is such depth at WR in the draft. You ca sign guys like this and still draft a WR in the 1st or second.

I'm still hip to signing Landry, Hilton, or Fuller, but not unless we have added some depth at O Line, and re-signed PJ Williams and Kwon Alexander.

These guys are young enough...but GD, I want my WR2 to have some skins on the wall.

Their career numbers up to now are less than what I'm expecting out of a WR2 next year.
I get what you’re saying… but Joe Horn played 4 seasons in Kansas City.. the first 2 seasons had 2 catches in each.
3rd season had 14 catches… and his final season with the Chiefs, he had 35 catches.

He then signed with the Saints and had 94 catches in 2000!

Sometimes system and opportunity makes all of the difference. Marcus Johnson reminds me of Joe Horn.

Auden Tate is a great big WR. He knows how to use his body and box out defenders well… and he really has quality hands too.
He’s not a burner by any means though, and he lacks quickness in and out of breaks. He could be a useful jump ball deep threat and red zone weapon though.

I feel like if we went into the season relying on players like them, it'd just be more of the same. I think going for guys who are proven and reliable is better for this team. TY Hilton paired with a rookie would be my ideal situation.

At this point, the “TY” for TY Hilton stands for “Twice Yearly” because that’s how many good games he’ll give your team. Hard no from me on that.

His production is way down because of his age and he's battled injuries, but in a situation where he doesn't have to be the guy, I think he would prove to be super beneficial to the WR room. Especially if we draft a WR. He can give us solid reps without having to be worn down with a high snap count and his route running and hands are still excellent.
