Falcons hiring Raheem Morris as HC (1 Viewer)

This screams “retread” because he literally is one. Granted, we’re stuck with our own retread here, but, hey, if we can’t have anyone fresh and hungry, then no one else should — especially the Failclowns 😁

Loomis sitting around with his thumb up his butt while all the candidates get jobs elsewhere. What else is new?
Maybe we are waiting for the Lions to be eliminated so we can interview Mark Brunell?

Wow, very interesting decision.

Wonder where BB ends up now, if anywhere?

He's going nowhere this season. Only two openings left are Seahawks and Commanders and neither have expressed any interest in him.

He may well be done. He'll be 73 by next year's draft.

I must say I am very surprised. Especially if you’re comparing resumes. It makes you wonder if more owners are attributing BB’s to having Tom Brady as his QB and not his coaching abilities.

Can we really talk with out OC spot? Let me guess “there’s only 32 of them in the world”
I don’t care what you guess honestly lol

I am never missing an opportunity to make fun of the Falcons, I spend enough time making fun of DA. I can laugh at another organizations failures for a little bit.

Mike Sherman and Mike Martz had better resumes than Sean Payton. Sometimes you have to let it roll.

Or it could be more and more people are realizing Belichick is going to be 72 before the draft and he's not looking to be a long term solution for any team.

Great day to be a Saints fan! Earlier this week there were reports that we might have Harbaugh, Vraebel, or Belichick taking the Falcons and Panthers jobs, instead they get Canales and Morris. I’m not saying DA is better than Canales and Morris, but we would have had no chance against Harbaugh, Vraebel, and/or Belichick.

I may get some heat for this, but not meant to in any shape, form, or fashion, but this screams as a DEI hire to me. You have the greatest coach of all time pretty much on board with taking over your franchise that has never won anything and you choose a guy who already has a failed HC tenure on his record. I don't get it. But falcon on!
