Cool song and good video to go with it. Agree on the Dire Straits but I also hear some Elvis Costello . . . agree?

I hadn't thought of Elvis Costello, but that certainly fits from a My Aim is True to This Year's Model era. Good call.

Yeah, listening to it again I definitely hear that era Elvis. Particularly on the double-tracked harmonies.

Is the rest of the record pretty similar? I guess I'll sample it later on iTunes.

This particular record is, yes. Their original self-titled album was a bit more party themed. Both are absolutely excellent, though and worth the ten bucks. Unfortunately, right after I wrote all of this they posted to their website that they were calling it a day as a band, so it looks like these two records we'll ever get from them.

The second one (Impressions of You) definitely feels Costello inspired upon further listening.
