Fire Allen, make Kubiak the interim HC and let him bring in an interim DC that is anxious to prove himself. Our roster is good enough to win with, it’s the coaching that’s the problem!
 
DA has had no HC winning tradition in college or pros, when he was hired. He remains the coach with the worst losing % of any active head coach in the NFL. I really believe it is time to rip the band aid off and clean house. Let go of the dead wood and get younger, and hungry. Loomis and DA need to be let go, and GM/Coach combo need to be hired.

The quicker you identify a mistake and correct it. The faster you can move in the direction of sucess. When you realize you have taken the wrong train, you get off at the next stop. Because, the longer you wait, the longer and more expensive the trip back is going to cost.

We need a change at GM as well as coach. It was not as much that we lost. We had a backup QB and a lot of backups throughout due to injury. However, we lost in nearly record setting fashion and many of the veterans looked like they had given up. I agree a lot of that is on the players. However, you need a front office that can identify good players (and stop borrowing from future years when it is clear we are not close) and a much better coach. I believe it needs to be torn down and start the rebuild. We should be in sell mode, not buy. Veteran players that may have value like Lattimore, Kamara, Davis, etc. should be unloaded for picks as much as the cap will allow.

DA = nepo hire. It was the worst kept secret.

You don’t want Kubiak as head coach…it would be too much of a distraction from his play-calling duties. Darren Rizzi would be the ideal interim head coach.

It needs to happen now but sadly it likely won’t happen until after the season is over. But make no mistake about it - I don’t see how Allen gets enough of a horseshoe up his rear to pull us to over .500 by seasons end - so I truly believe he’ll be out after this season.

Sadly we get to endure another uneven and putrid season with no postseason.

But if it means starting over - I’m ok with it. It still stinks but I’m ok with it.
 
If only Gayle cared enough to hold Loomis, Allen, and really anyone accountable. I honestly don’t think she would clean house under practically any circumstance. I think the only way this happens is if they resign
