For the record, Max started P7!!!
That being said, the pre-race talk with him was funny because both he and the people interviewing him were talking as if getting on the podium was going to be unlikely and I was like "yeah, right" dude will win this race going away. He's a great driver, but combine that with the power gap that RB has over the rest of the field and this will be the result each time. He doesn't have to be perfect each race, everyone else has to be to even have a chance.
Case and point:
Yep, it's really Max and everyone else this season. Ferraris could have kept up some, but that team keeps making self-inflicted errors all too often. Mercedes has nowhere near the speed of the other 2 teams and they'll have to make some changes this offseason if they want to be contenders next season.
