That's probably why he dropped that TD pass last year.
I find myself liking Moreau despite him going to Jesuit.

Agreed. He’s like one of those quintessential football players all around.I dig this guy, and for 3 reasons.. 1). he can block.. 2). he's got soft hands.. & 3). he plays with heart and leaves it on the field (proof ? check where he got the s*** knocked out of him and still came back!).. needless to say i'll be keeping more of an eye on him, but imo he just seems to have that "it/football player" that fits the Saints, just when we need it the most.. 87, yeah, ICYA!

Yes, if a TE is the best available. His recent performance and that of Juwan Johnson brings up some interesting thoughts -- if they continue to be seen and heard from on Sundays this season, regardless of how the record turns out, do we still go TE in the draft at all next year?
Johnson will be a UFA, and Moreau will be in a contract year. If the new HC keeps Kubiak, we should definitely consider drafting a TE given our heavy use of 12/21 personnel. His recent performance and that of Juwan Johnson brings up some interesting thoughts -- if they continue to be seen and heard from on Sundays this season, regardless of how the record turns out, do we still go TE in the draft at all next year?
Foster is for real, I saw a show that said Foster Moreau is the best number 2 te in the league. We just need someone at 1 and we're set. It’s good to see him get a bunch of targets today after doing a bunch of the dirty work in the run game this season without many catches. He’s pretty sure handed and is fearless.
I rewatched the highlights from today and he’s made some plays today and had a handful of broken tackles. He’s not the most athletic TE, but he’s pretty well rounded, love to see him come full circle after cancer last summer.
Yep. As would be any TE for the ten year period following Jimmy Graham. That’s just fans being fans. He's the new Josh Hill. Solid in blocking and the passing game, unspectacular, just does what's expected of an NFL tight end. And I say that as a compliment, because I feel like Josh is criminally underrated by Saints fans.
