i haven't played a lot myself, but i don't remember holding the cards up in my hand in Texas Hold em like i did when i played 5 card draw (only played with friends). with those glasses, i don't think you could see her cards from the table view..

i bet the table could easily read her hand. it doesn't take much to figure out what card is what when you know the blob shapes.

I've always thought he said that just so he could have a catchy phrase. The "g" stands for graphics, hard "g". That's how it should be pronounced in a sane world. But, when the creator of a thing says soft "g", no matter his motivations, then soft "g" it is....even if it is stupid.

have you ignored the English language? it's chocked full pronunciations that make no sense. i heard the I before E many times growing up, but there are numerous exceptions.. but many more "rules" that are hogwash..
