Plenty to cover here.

We need a culture builder for a coach and a bunch of draft picks. Secondary needs an overhaul. Nagy and Glenn are not it.
Rattler showed some promise but you heard it today from Brady. Terrible technique, below average throws. He is not very good under pressure. He panics.
Kubiak has show an inability to make halftime adjustments. He has been outcoached numerous times in the second half this year.
Front office - will the organization make changes or will we keep doing what we are doing?
Falcons/Panthers have brighter futures than we do. They both have their franchise QB. I look for us to have about the same type of year next year.

Things can change quickly in the NFL but for now we have become a rudderless ship.

You are correct. The problem will be Loomis will never admit that we need the culture change and that we are far away from being a contender. He will continue to sell out to continue being competitive even though we are and have been sliding backwards for five years.
Our only hope is that Mrs Gail Benson gets rid of Loomis and puts someone in there willing to admit our sad state.

Rattler may have bad technique, but nothing that can’t be corrected. He throws some dumb passes, but we also don’t have the best talent at theWR position so I dunno if it’s all him. I mean his OC doesn’t switch up anything at halftime, has an offense that he hasn’t done anything to that will play to Rattlers strengths and the team at the skill positions stinks. He can’t even rely on a running game to help him out as it’s abysmal. I’m not ready to give up on him

I agree and with our cap situation we need to roll with what we have acquiring some needed parts to improve through the next two years. A big WR would help and a great RB. Defense will need help but we still have some working pieces. Our goal should be year two or three and not next year.

For me, this is going to be the most exciting off season in quite some time. When Drew retired I was sad. When Sean retired I was sad. When DA was hired I was angry and sad. When we signed Carr to that contract when the only interest in him was a decoy for getting the Rodgers deal done I was confused and angry.

This year, we have a lot of question that are going to get some answers. We're getting a new coaching staff. We're going to have our highest draft pick since 2008. There will be some big roster changes. Does Loomis stay as GM or change roles? Lots of stuff happening starting next week.

I want a HC who can develop Rattler and also a HC who can call his own plays and make the halftime adjustments that we obviously don’t see right now. I want another SP type coach. Easier said than done. Obviously, but Loomis and Payton built a standard here that I’m ready to see again. We all should demand better.

Unfortunately I don't think the change needed will happen.

Not ready to give up either but I'm not sure how far up he can be coached. I think he has something about him that is intriguing but he's got a ways to go.

Kubiak’s halftime adjustments seemed to consist of ignoring what worked in the first half. Really difficult to understand his thought process.
He had halftime adjustments? Wasn’t aware of this. He has to be the worst OC this side of Abramowitz
