Falcons will only ascend if they move on from Morris. He’s about as bad as DA .

This has been the problem all year. Kubiak cannot make adjustments. It's one of the points listed.

I want a HC who can develop Rattler and also a HC who can call his own plays and make the halftime adjustments that we obviously don’t see right now. I want another SP type coach. Easier said than done. Obviously, but Loomis and Payton built a standard here that I’m ready to see again. We all should demand better.

The first question, what side of the team needs the most love, offense or defense? Considering we have a second year rookie or a vet on his last year of his contract, I’d say, OFFENSE. Therefore we need an offensive minded HC. We need someone to develop Rattler and/or work with Carr, but well rounded enough to hire the right people on defense.
