In case this helps out anyone else, needing supplies:

I recently ordered 3 different products from Home Depot & they were delivered to our porch in no time flat.

Yesterday I ordered 20 red bricks (50 cents each) for our fire pit, & they were on our porch, this morning at 6:30 am, all stacked up nicely, with no human contact involved!!!!! Amazing!

Another product I ordered arrived 5 days early.

Highly recommend, if you don’t want to wait forever & a day, to receive products. Plus, excellent customer service & they include your receipt, unlike Amazon.

and yet i ordered an outdoor rated fridge and it was delivered 3 days PAST original delivery date ( which was 12 days to begin with )

Good point. Our outdoor fridge was delivered in no time flat by Amazon. Unfortunately, it was delivered upside down......even though the box clearly stated that it needed to be delivered right side up. . Oh well......

Inorder patio chairs and they shipped a week after they told me they would arrive. Thankfully, the shipping date was corrected a couple days after we received them.

I had to look it up, but he retired from Home Depot in 2001 according to wiki. So, he can't even say he's delivered there.
