The more things that come out about Bountygate the more it seems Goodell is clearly FoS. It does not make sense that Football players would purposely try to injure one another on a large scale. There may be some bad apples out there who hate someone else, but a whole team? No way. The Saints are getting hosed, especially the long suspensions. Football is too much of a brotherhood to end one anothers careers over $10000 and a chance to win a game.

This looks like boys just pumping eachother up to get one another to play with more intensity and focus. Call it a salary cap violation, but a bounty, nope. As a Giant fan in NY even my local radio guy calls Goodell the Dictator. The worst thing about the CBA is Goodell having all this power. No one should have that power and as fans of the NFL we should not want him to have it either.

We're not getting hosed, we got hosed. All the player suspensions and bad media rep combined doesn't come close to being as bad as losing Payton for a full year.

I believe we are going to see more and more fans from other teams to start seeing the truth and how Godell is a liar. Who Dat Nation is going to be alright and hopefully we will see some justice soon.

Sad part is if Goodell would have issued fair penalties, this would have been over by the draft, and he would have accomplished what he wanted to accomplish.

But instead he came up with the penalties while snorting glue when he was high on crack and bath salts (or at least I think that's how it went).

True, but it's good to hear it from a fan of another team. I'm happy that folks besides Saints fans and Mike Florio see this for what it is, a travesty.

It constantly surprises me that some here feel that the scandal which garnered the largest (non drug related) penalties in the history of the league continues to be a topic of interest to many here.

While it was wonderful, and I'll cherish it always, the Superbowl victory is in the past. "Bountygate" is happening now.
