How are you at wrapping Christmas presents?

I'm okay

The first couple are rough, then I get into a pretty decent groove (I'll often re-wrap the first couple during this span)

Then the mojo leaves me and the last few are rough (and those usually stay as is because I'm hip deep in my "Fork it" phase by this point)

Actually, this is very similar to me playing pool (terrible at first, a stretch where people think I'm hustling them, then back to terrible)

I worked in a bookstore when I first got to NYC and there was a gift wrapping service
Now books are super easy to wrap, but it was good training
I can still wrap pretty well, but I need proper space. And I’ve grown to a place where I’m more focused on not wasting paper than perfect wrapping

I’m pretty awful at it - my wrapped gifts look like they’ve seen many Christmases before, and I don’t intend to get much better. Well, I’ve gotten a little better - it used to look like a 2 year-old wrapped them, and now I’ve graduated to 3 year-old status.

Take it or leave it - you should feel lucky that I’m not shooting them at you out of a t-shirt cannon.
