Check this out. So Google satellite view generally has a "top down" vantage point. It seems they've started taking pictures at 45 degree angles, so rather than seeing just the rooftop of a building looks like, you can actually see the sides of buildings. Try zooming in and out and noticing how it changes. You even change the direction using the compass.

Lol, if you go look at the carnival ship and move the N on the compass pointing east or the 3 o'clock position, the ship disappears.

Kinda concerning what capabilities Google has.
