What I wouldn’t give for Elmer’s chocolate and heavenly hash. I logged onto a NOLA grocery site and to get a few of each of three was like 80 bucks.

I mean. I love the Easter bunny and all but same.

Same and same! They are not the "greatest" Easter candy, but this has come to be my tradition as I can just buy one and they do not lend themselves to eating more than one anyway. As opposed to Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs in which I am compelled to buy a package of 6 ... and I.will.not.share.

Kroger's had the Reese's 6-pack on sale where you buy two and get one free... I've banned myself from going back in there until Easter is over.

There is no limit on how many of those things I can eat.

I'm guilty too. Went into Kroger for a couple of items and while waiting in the check-out line I spied the display... snagged a few, brought them home and with great restraint was able to make them last a whole 1.5days....

Aha, Reese's PB eggs are sold in a two pack! Scored a pack (one for me, one for husband) and 1 Cadbury egg for me and 1 Cadbury Caramel egg for husband. They've lasted almost 24 hours. 5 days to go.

I do not profess to be an Easter Candy connoisseur, but I just tried something new I happened upon at the grocery store: Hot Tamale-flavored Peeps. When I saw these, there was no thought process. No doubt. Just immediately grabbed them.

Just tried one and they are everything I could have possibly dreamed of. Spicy, sugary, gooey goodness. My life is complete. If I die today, I have experienced all that is good in life and go to the unknown with nothing unresolved. So I've got that going for me.

11/10, would eat again.
