No worries, he gone. Should be out the door next week with DA but this iteration of the team is too sssllllooooowww to react and stand on hills over bad decisions.

Really think he’s pressing hard at this point. He was more carefree in preseason and early this season. That first miss at Green Bay let doubt enter Grupe’s mind. Now, doubt has taken up residence.

He missed one field goal this week. The PAT that hit the post went in. That said, he's struggled lately, no doubt.

They made a big mistake keeping this kid over Lutz.

You mean the guy who missed a PAT and a field goal in the one game he had a chance to help his team win this season? The guy who missed a field goal in a tie game with under two minutes left in our season finale last year? I will take a draft pick for a guy finished 32nd in the NFL in field goal accuracy every time. Don't tell me about what Lutz was in 2018-19. It's not 2018-19.

And also, if people are going to compare Grupe to Lutz, it's important to remember Lutz was a bottom-tier kicker his rookie year (did not finish in the top 20 for FG accuracy in 2016).

I had that thought last night. That may be something we need to change, and something I would look at right away. If this continues Grupe has to go however, we need him to make the kicks we kept him because he has the leg on 50 yarders (supposedly)

I called him an abject failure a few days ago in a post and was immediately "reprimanded" (not really) but I feel it's just another DA mistake.....and I have doubts he will do anything about it anytime soon....
