Guessing here that you mean the Navajo phrase "Ya-at-eeh," which leads me to guess Billy Jack, but I'm not certain that's what you mean, though I do believe it was said at some point in that film (but it's been a LONG time since I've seen that).

Could also be "Windtalkers" as that was about Navajos in WWII. Again, kind of guessing here...
