9-7 in the NFC just may earn you a wildcard spot.
10-6 certainly will.

We are aiming for 12-4, 11-5. (14-4, 13-3, would be amazing too.)

9-7 sure didn't get us in during the haslett era... You have top have alot of luck to get in the playoffs with a 9-7 record.

14-4 would be rather disapointing. That would mean we would win the first playoff game and loose the next after a 13-3 regular season.

It's because League didn't favor us, Im sure if we go through another Wild Card at 9-7 and tie with Carolina We'd be chosen over them because of the Divisonal wins and Strength of our schedule.

Yup. And 2 years later, 8-8 almost got us into it. It changes year by year.

I'm not saying we can aim for a 9-7 record, I'm just saying this year in the NFC, it can lead to a wildcard berth. Unless these 4-4 teams come real strong the next 8 weeks.
