‘Rewatched‘ implies there were two viewings
So ‘rewatched again’ COULD imply you’ve repeated the first set - ie 4 viewings
I’m not saying it declares it, I’m just saying there’s to much ambiguity in the phrase to arrive at an exact meaning

I didn't "miss" it. No one says "I'm watching it 2 different times one right after the other" but yes, technically it COULD mean what you're saying if one was a psychopath.
