You said it....Injuries...Baun has been relatively healthy during his college career.

I called this pick (but thought we would trade up into the 2nd to get him) but it is a high risk/high reward pick IMO. Baun is a "tweener" right now if he were to play his same/similar position in the NFL. Which apparently he will not. If they are going to move him to SAM that is going to be a big learning curve/challenge for him....we will see....

Unfortunately not really, we lost him for the year back in 17 to a foot injury and then while he was available in 18 throughout the season he kept getting nicked up with nagging injuries which sapped his production. But thats the risk you take to get players in the mid to late rounds. If it turns out that the injury bug is behind him you could have a first round talent, if not try again with another pick.

Just watched a bit of this guy he’s grown on me a lot I have him a ways ahead of Terrell Lewis and just under Chaisson. I think value for money I might take Baun. Very good player. Extremely active rushing the passer very disciplined in pass coverage doesn’t miss tackles in the open field. Appare...
