How we won that game (1 Viewer)

The ghost of Tom Benson making it happen. We’ve had Lady Luck on our side all season long.

All said and done, I think the defense did a fairly good job against what is essentially 2 #1 receivers. They came up huge when it mattered the most.

Hey guys, we just got the #1 seed with a week to rest our starters, and we have the best record in the NFL.

What can we find to complain about?!?!

Stick around. People will find plenty to whine about.

How we won the game is through an opportunistic defense. Exactly how we won in 2009. We beat a playoff team in a playoff type situation. What more do you want

Well, Pittsburgh may not be a playoff team depending on how things break next week, but that may have been the best line on both sides of the ball we’ve faced all season.

Pittsburgh likely won't even be a playoff team because of this loss, They MUST win and the Ravens lose to the Browns for them to get in.

That game reminded me some of the NFC Championship in 09. Back & forth, then the late turnover when minny was driving wins the game.

It was a great football game between two very good teams fighting for something important. Our defense made plays that counted - stopped a fake punt and forced a fumble to put us in position to score the go ahead TD. And then, shut it down with another forced fumble.
It’s called not giving up and playing until it’s over.

We've had to play almost every team in the NFL that has 2 legit WRs that could be considered #1s. We might have to do it again against the Chargers if we both make it. The Steelers had an excellent game plan and stretched us out. Big Ben is hard to take down, the less people you have coming at him, the better it is for them.
