While each state is different you have the right to question your accuser or officer. In this case your officer/accuser is a camera which cannot respond to your questioning and can't even show up in court. In new Mexico a very close friend did beat the ticket but she was in law school and beat em by the book of law (that's how I know you have a lawful right to question your accuser

yep this is why they were outlawed in Mississippi. You have to have the right to face your accuser and in this case you can not so they were outlawed. I also think the legislature heard the cries of the people of Mississippi especially in the capital of Jackson and they were affraid for their jobs!
