the awful chair colors in the dome? I would think it'd look so much better with all the chairs black. Reasons?

How times have changed. First off, if it was empty now the black seats would not show up. Back then, the multi-color was the way to hide ann empty dome.

it absolutely is.....they were thinking about events like concerts, boxing matches etc that would be televised from the dome but wouldn't fill the venue.
