Never was the guy for me either...I'm just glad we're not screwing up our draft position...maybe we screw up the pick...but it won't be because someone was ahead of us

I didn’t watch the game, out of town right now. However, are the stats correct, did our RBs run for a total of 10 times today?
And yeah Rizz is pretty bad. He has the SP fire, with not much to back it up!
First Saints offensive snap of the game was a designed outside run for RattlerRattler rush for 3 times, I figured they were sneaks. I don't think any coach could win with this squad this late in the season. I just feel if we going fire coaches based on wins or losses I think any coach lose. But like 1 poster if judging on players discipline in a loss I can u derstand. I didn't watch either I couldn't see the saints pulling this off without atleast kamara.
No. He is just a good OC period. He got fired from his Alma meter which barely even has standards.I want Kliff to get a second shot.
It's part of the coach's job to keep players motivated and fighting. You think a team would quit on someone like Mike Tomlin like this? He can be held responsible for the lack of effort...and the dumb penalties...and the fact he wasn't aware of the clock during the 2-minute drill on Green Bay...I’m not too bothered if we keep Rizzi or not (although I do like the attitude he conveys) depending on who’s available, but it’s pretty clear to me that the players are already mentally on vacation. Hard to hold him responsible for professional players deciding they really don’t care enough to play for themselves, let alone him, the Logo or the city they’re supposed to represent. It’s been the most frustrating part of these last two losses for me, just clearly not showing up.
The clock thing is absolutely inexcusable and I agree with you there. However, I'm going to hold the grown professional millionaires responsible for not giving a basic level of effort through the end of the year moreso than the interim Head Coach. I totally understand your point about not quitting on another coach, and maybe that is true, but that's besides the point for me. They've quit on themselves as much as they've quit on Rizzi or the organization or the fans, that's disgusting to me.It's part of the coach's job to keep players motivated and fighting. Same. I wouldn’t mind them keeping him on for next season tho as that will be an inadvertent tank year. Kind of like this one was.Never was a yes for me. He is a very good coordinator, but it is clear that is his ceiling.
The players deserve criticism too, for sure. They should not be let off the hook for this, either. The clock thing is absolutely inexcusable and I agree with you there. Yea, I'm not trying to excuse Rizzi as much as I want to highlight that a lot of our players have just phoned it in. I'm gonna watch the next game because it's the last Saints game until next September but some of these players need to have look in the mirror after the last two performances. The players deserve criticism too, for sure.
