I've also read (can't remember where) that AK is big into yoga and stretching...which is probably the best ways to avoid injury....

Good for AK41 and U & ME 2! Can't go wrong keeping a strong stance pose or stretching out just like an animal does! My dogs remind me to stretch EVERY morning and when we go for our nightly walks! What AK41 does? Not every RB in this League does what Our Alvin does nor CAN they! It's a blend of God Given and then God Given Smarts and Determination to USE IT ALL!
