If the problem is with the medical staff, what’s the solution? (1 Viewer)

Mississippi has some of the best orthopedic doctors in the world. They also have a state of the art facility just outside of Jackson that has revolutionary robotic surgery devices, at one point, the only kind like it in the world. They are leaders in new cutting edge technology when it comes to orthopedic surgery. It would probably be a great idea if the Saints could get a contract with them.

But that's after the fact. We need better prevention instead. I don't know if its the playing field or the lack of a more conditioning brutal practice instead of the vacation that they go through now. Seems like they need to hire a top of the line Yoga instructor to better help with stretching and injury prevention.

There are Orthos in New Orleans trained by Dr. James Andrews and others that do all the robotic surgeries.

But it's not about the surgeries going bad. It's the number of injuries they are getting and that has nothing to do with the surgeries or team doctors for that matter. To the extent it is caused by anything, it's likely to be the team trainers or the strength and conditioning department.
