our offensive line stinks, and our playcalling doesn't know how to offset that. in the payton days, they'd run screens and short passes when the oline was trash. this team has the QB sit in the pocket waiting for deeper routes to 'open up' until he gets pummeled and sent home with a major oweiiie.

They haven’t been doing that for the last two games. More quick slants and screens.

I just don't get the excitement. The offense is "coming around"?? We had 41 passing yards with 10 minutes left against the panthers. This offense is far from good and the defense has underachieved. The worst thing that can happen to this team is making the playoffs. We can not have DA as our head coach next season.
