Back in college it was Little Feat. Not really southern rock, so I've strayed a bit off topic. Waiting for Columbus is a great live album, and was very popular with my nincompoop University of Virginia friends.

Yup, it was my Virginia cousins that turned me on to Little Feat…good stuff.

I could hold my own in a bar fight (lord she was hot!) but I didn't really know this bar. I ran to the car and as usual the '71 Camaro didn't let me down. She fired right up, I did a donut and hauled righteous *** for more familiar environs. Discretion was the better part of valor. That car got me out of more than one tight spot
