Impending Saints head coach Kellen Moore speaks at Super Bowl LIX media opening night (76 Viewers)

I agree, there have been a lot of HC that have been successful that weren't screamers and yellers.

The important thing is having the players buy in, to believe in what you're telling them.

I'm in.
Well, technically my pick, Mike McCarthy isn’t a screamer either. So I can’t be upset on the lack of Rah Rah. The more I hear from Kellen the more I like. I like his crisp clear communication style. Now what happens when the class clown shows up, how does he handle him? We’ll see.

He said “Build your offense around the skill sets of your players” in at least two different ways. He didn’t say, “I have a great system and will get the players to fit it.” Yes, yes, yes. Now, if he can hire a Defensive Coordinator who feels the same way, and doesn’t try to fit the proverbial square peg into the round hole, we’ll have a chance for a good team.

The youth is inspiring and it will match the infusion of youth the roster is about to see over the next two drafts and UFDA.

More than ever... do not let him leave town.

I think his DC is going to be Staley. He’s also shown to be very adaptable to his players, I believe he’s ran 3-4 and 4-3 fronts also

Yup, I get the same impression, there are definite similarities....

Love to hear this because it's pretty much what CSP did here.....

I'm all in on KM now... Haven't watched too many of his press conferences but he speaks well, informative without giving too much away and as someone mentioned earlier in this thread, clearly, he has leadership qualities to lead Boise to 50 wins as the QB but also to be an OC for 3 different NFL teams!

ALL IN!!!!

New era in Saints football starts and I'm pumped up.
