If you are a fan of Championship Games, then one thing that should not go unnoticed is Tom Brady, down 28-3, inspiring the team to keep fighting. Brady was not working with the coaches looking at photos of defenses. Instead, Brady was in the trenches with his gladiators inspiring them to keep their heads up and imploring them to stay focused on the task at hand. We all know how the game ended and fans could see how impressive leadership produced impressive results.

Do the Saints have a leader at QB? A week before Training Camp opens, twenty-plus players from the Saints 90-man roster gathered to work together before they were to report to work. That's impressive. What's more impressive is that the Saints QB, Jameis Winston, could get that level of buy-in from rookies and veterans. Winston seems to have the heart of this team and that will come in handy when footballs start flying and grown men start being bullies on the gridiron.

Brees lead the team with study, planning, and preparation. After an offensive series, Brees would return to the bench to review polariods and talk shop with his backup QBs. Winston's approach seems to be more connection with the players and the occasional kick in the butt for his WRs. Between Brees and Winston, another well-liked QB TBridgewater has a record of 5-0 as a Saints QB. In battle, men respond to good leaders and I'm inclined to see where this goes and watch the QB leadership dynamics play out.

Finally, during the regular season, the Saints face good teams and bad teams. And fans have seen how the Saints play winning football during the regular season. In the playoffs, Big-Boy Football, the Saints will meet the best teams and coaching in the NFC. Teams who can counter team strengths and tendencies. So, playoff wins often come down to provoking the emotions of the players to want to win more than your opponent. Playoff games many times come down to, "go beat the man in front of you." Brees had that connection with MThomas. Winston is developing that connection with 20-plus players prior to training camp. Wow, let's see how this goes.

Impressive leadership is how impressive leaders lead.

GO Saints!!!

I’ll preface by saying that I’m the biggest TB12, this side of the Mississippi. I don’t think a guy, who is a sore loser, and constantly whines to refs when every little thing doesn’t go his way, is a leader. He’s a spoiled brat. Just my $.02
Sweet T: Please re-read your first sentence. The wording has me confused & baffled.
