Check out "Have A Nice Day Cafe"...

I have done the research and have discovered the place to be in Indy (other than the RCA DOME on Thursday night!) is "Have a nice day cafe"...Especially if you are planning on leaving your girlfriend at home!

Well, we enjoyed our Indy experience overall, despite the game. The Colts fans I encountered were fairly well-behaved. There was one guy behind me who was somewhat irritating...you know...the kind who sees all officiating decisions (calls/no calls) through "homer" eyes...kept making comments about "you know they are America's team" and "the ref's must be still making up for Katrina." Although I could here him, it never seemed to be aimed AT me and he never got personal...just made me want to puke.

Whoever said St. Elmo's was overrated was absolutely correct. I have never experienced a more over-priced meal in my life. For a premium steakhouse, their meat was nearly void of FLAVOR! No aging, no seasoning, over-cooked, dry...very strange. I've had better steaks from Sav-a-center. The highlight of the St. Elmo experience was seeing Archie Manning a few tables over. I ran back to the hotel (1 block away) and grabbed my #8 throwback jersey, and he was gracious enough to sign it for me...too cool!

Next road trip for us is Seattle...hope that one is a better game!
