Intermittent Fasting, do you do it? (1 Viewer)

Pendulum swing of the day

Complete trash study that was already addressed about a year ago in the other fasting thread.

I remember when this originally made the rounds on the internet and all the big pharma fan boys echoed it as gospel.

If you have the mind of an elementary school child you could see past the fact that what this study is saying is getting 8 hours of sleep at night is linked to a higher risk of cardiovascular death unless you are eating RIGHT before you fall asleep and immediately when you wake up.

Like Marsha posted, there have been numerous credible people that have ripped this 'study' to shreds and made a complete mockery of it.

I don’t know all the rules for fasting, but I think that’s pretty much what I did with the empty nest that we’ve got now the wife quit cooking and I’m on my own for the most part and I skip all sorts of meals and I managed to lose almost 30 pounds, but I’m not sure how long it took me like either a year or six months or something. I don’t know

That's the best way imo. Sustainable so long as you eat real foods with good nutrition. Great news is since you eat less your can afford it.
