the best athletic TD in NFL History? I've seen a lot of great TDs but that blast off is something like I've never seen before. I was right near the end zone to see it close-up. Others or thoughts

That's it Broadmoor. You know, that game just might be my best Saints game ever, aside from the SB of course.

Seeing as the only one that come to mind nearly as athletic is Mike Vick somehow keeping off the ground when he dove in from the 4 yard line from like 4 inches from the ground.

Reggie seems to know where the pylon is at all times.....like in the NFCCG game with his twisting TD on 3rd down. The leap against Miami was awesome, especially seeing it from the side and how far he jumped.

I remember that play. I've always thought it was not a TD because I thought his knees touched the ground before crossing the goal-line. It was a nice play but not close to the Blast Off.

I can recall some Dalton Hilliard, Billy Simms, Earl Campbell, and Barry Sanders TD's that were just as amazing. Chris Ivory made a highly athletic TD last year, but it was in a pre season game. Lance Moore's corner toe tap was amazingly athletic too.

That season was just loaded with great games. We had some where we just beat up on teams, some amazing come from behind games and the cherry on top, beating Peyton Manning in the Super Bowl.

The fact that he took off from the six, and landed about two yards deep still bottles the mind.

one of my fav things from that game was when Brees talked $h!t to the crowd after dunking the ball
