He is still on the team. He is just doing us a favor by not retiring yet, thus preventing the Saints from being hit with Thor’s hammer on the salary cap.

He's going to retire before the start of next season, saving the Saints a boatload of cap space.

Ramczyk is on the PUP list and declared out for the season. There won’t be any status change until he eventually retires next offseason.
