I mean the two teams that were setting up package deals, the Raiders and the Jets, aren't exactly model organizations. And hiring the best coach you can is usually a decent plan.

I like Glenn, really do, don't think he'd be ideal here. Love what I've seen via him interacting w/ players and running a meeting room among other things.

I'm just beyond defensive HC's in New Orleans. The type of philosophy that typically comes w/ that type is meant to protect the defense. It's usually more conservative and fate favors those who are willing to take chances.

I just mean that working on a strategy including coaching packages and other staff considerations would help in attracting the right coach instead of just taking the ones that are only focused on finding a HC job.
