Moore is obviously flexible with what he does, but I think that like Payton his base offense is a modified West Coast offense. But he does add a lot of Motion, RPO, and Outside Zone to it. So, I guess in the sense that it is a base West Coast system it is similar to what Payton did.

Maybe the Giants gave him permission to take a lateral move? That Giants offensive staff is all over the place with Kafak as the OC being forced to run Daboll's system and then musical chairs calling plays between Daboll and Kafka.

Keep in mind, he was the RB coach for the Saints during the timeframe the Saints had the best run game its ever seen and was a big reason for Kamara's success and Ingrams big leaps to reach 1000 yards a season for a few years

Yep. They can block them or choose to let them happen. The Saints allowed Kubiak's offensive staff to take lateral moves.
