Jordan Howden should be released (1 Viewer)

I don't think Howden makes the team next year. If he does it means we're totally desperate. In many ways I think he cost Dennis Allen his job by running into another player during the Eagles game. Howden hasn't done anything special and seems to just get in the dog gone way. This is my rant for cutting Howden sooner than later.
Everyone on the field Monday should be released.

What about Honey Badger? He gone to take a crap and the hogs ate him.

It's funny how fans pick a random player to go after. Kind of reminds me at the beginning of the season when someone was concerned that Grupe would be a problem this year. Forget the salary cap issues, draft misses, age of the team, lack of depth, lack of flexibility to rebuild, etc. Blake Grupe is our problem. Jordan Howden is our problem. We have so many problems you can't list them all. Howden is a blip on the radar when you consider the issues this franchse faces.

If he cost DA his job...he did us a helluva favor. That typa thing should be rewarded.

Jordan Howden....Savior of the Saints! The king of the Dome! The first of his name!!!

Let’s retire his jersey right now!

In all of my mocks, I take two safeties. Or at least a free and a light LBer who excels in the box.
May take two safeties but can’t start two rookie safeties. Have to have a blend of youth and experience.

Mathieu is a UFA.
I don't think he will be brought back.

Harris should be resigned if possible.
We should be drafting a S within the 1st 3 rounds.

We need in no specific order (BPA) a big X WR, LB, DT, or a S from the top of the draft.

yeah, I'm not letting honey badger off the hook. I can't imagine what it's like to be Dennis allen and bring in these vets only for them to make excuses and give pep talks. I feel like Tyrann should have done the right hting for himself and his career and played on a vet minimum deal. Instead now he'll always go down in new orleans history as a washed up vet who milked the saints for money.

I don't think Kyle Hergel makes the roster next year.
Other than our C & 2 OT's, I wouldn't guess who on the OL will be on the roster or not next year...
Our G play has been terrible this year...

He is a UFDA that hasn't played hardly at all this year.
I believe he will be at least on the practice squad if he chooses to remain with the organization next year.

I was being facetious . . . . I looked for the most random guy I could find.

Safety is one of those intriguing positions that the Saints franchise loves to draft yet devalues repeatedly. How many good to solid safeties have we drafted and then let walk? Jenkins, Harper, Williams, Bell, Vicarro, CGJ...

Marcus Williams and Chauncy Gardner Johnson should be the starting safeties if Loomis planned better. The Marcus Maye and Mathieu pairing outside of Mathieu's off the field advantages have been a steep decline. Tyler Nubin probably should have been our pick in the second round this past year over McKinstry and the Lattimore trade will look worse as time moves forward.
