At most i hope more people are educated and The US take Levee's serious as 80% of America is behind a horribly built Levee system.

I've been saying this for years. There is so much ignorance and misinformation when it comes to New Orleans that no one outside of the area really knows what is going on. This kind of stuff is absolutely necessary to fight against that.

This link is a review of a great book that describes the beginning of the Corps and the end of New Orleans as one of the richest American cities. I suggest everyone in Louisiana read it.

New Orleans needs to apply pressure on the Corps, get rid of the Levee Boards, and close MRGO (good luck with that - the Shaw Group got the contract - it will cost billions and take forever).

Lets hope the word gets out and the US gov is alerted of this Immediately.

I'd love for CNN, ABC, FOX, NBC to pick this video up, if enough of us submit it in, im sure they'll hear us..
Of course CNN might have a little trouble since they did everything possible to keep people from coming back to New Orleans showing year old video of flooding in the city while we had Mardi Gras already rolling through the city, I think the Atlanta Based CNN Headquarters really tried to Sabotage New Orleans image even further.

MSNBC talked to the USACOE about some of the levees being stuffed with newpaper and they said that they outsourced their levee work to several builders.
