I see Kendre Miller as a modern day version of old school Clinton Portis. He’s like a slasher back w/a lot of power & great contact balance. I think we got lucky that Miller missed the entire draft process. I honestly believe he wouldve aced the pre draft testing & wouldve went much earlier than where we got him.

From everything I've been reading, he's got 1st round talent. I'm really looking forward to seeing him play this year.

IIRC, with respect to Saints' veterans developing rookies and younger RB's, Ricky Williams is the only one who had sour grapes and didn't go out of his way. He didn't put much effort into developing Dulymus ("Deuce") McAllister.

I think he'll be elite and is an Ideal system fit for what Allen want's to do during is tenure.

Man, I was really worried about him for awhile! He missed so much time during OTA’s n mini camp rehabbing from the injury, I started wondering if he’d even b for TC!

But all is well now, n I’m so happy for him! It’s good to hear he’s getting lotsa reps as a receiver. Like he said, he wasn’t asked to do it much in college, but felt he was more than capable of doin it. I agree.

But as a runner, he’s got the size n power to run inside, with speed to get to the edges n take it to the house. What I love most about him as a runner is his patience vision n balance!

Lookin for big things from the rook this season!
