I think it's definitely more stable. The Raiders rarely have coaches who last 3 or more years. Riverboat Ron got 4 seasons in Washington and the commanders have historically been more patient with their coaching staff.

Honestly, between Getsy and Kingsbury, I would prefer Getsy. Tripp said the NFL people he talked to think he's really good and that what went on with the Bears was due to lack of talent, not anything on his part. And, it's hard to disagree with that. They only had one NFL quality WR and Fields just didn't improve as a drop back passer despite trying over and over.
