Lafayette- Curfew still in effect? (1 Viewer)

I was curious if the 8 pm curfew in lafayette was still in effect?
I saw a sign at CVS saying they were closing at 7 because of it, but I can't seem to find anything- or know of any reason to have it in effect, and that early.
