Lattimore {with Baldy Breakdown} (1 Viewer)

Love Baldy's reply to a naysayer....

I know I’m guilty of it at times too, but jeez it’s so annoying how everyone is always trying to discredit good performances by saying the opposite side had a bad one. The further out we get from the game, the more I think the bad O on both sides has a lot more to do with the D’s being dominant than just the O sucking.

I think it’s fair though. Tannehill was making some terrible decisions. It doesn’t take away the fact that Lattimore was Gorilla Glue’d to his man.

We do the same thing when one of our guys have a bad game. Maybe the guy on the other side was just that good?

Oh absolutely. Like I said, I’m guilty of it too.

On pace for 68 passes defended on the season. Just slightly above the nfl record of 31 set by Revis in 2009 lol
That kind of pace is not sustainable because, after a couple more games like Sunday, there won’t be any QB’s throwing to his side of the field. Heck most of them already know better.

By far?

Demario
Alvin
Chris O.
Derrick
Rashid (200 all-purpose yds vs Titans)
…and a few others

I can agree that Marshon is top dawg… but I can’t agree that it’s “by far.”

:gosaints:
You forgot Cam.

Let’s not forget we also drafted a future Hall of Fame running back in Kamara, both he and Lattimore Won the award for Offensive rookie of the year and defensive rookie of the year respectively.
I like AK but I don’t think he will be in the hall.
Just remember.... he was ranked number 89 on NFL top 100.
He missed most of the year. It’s what have you done for me lately.

He was 86 a year before that. Lattimore doesn't get enough respect.
I did not know that. I’d agree with you. He has had a knack for being inconsistent at times….up and down depending on his competition that week. Maybe that’s it?

I’m a huge fan and think he’s the best corner we’ve ever had.

It's a matter of opinion.... But I think he's top 3 in the NFL as of today.

You could put him in front of or behind guys like Diggs, Sauce, Jaire, Gilmore, and Surtain... but you'd be splitting hairs.

Top 3 for me too. For some reason it seems he’s not viewed in that echelon tho. Feels as if he’s maybe viewed as top 10. And I’m not complaining as I don’t care, just sayin’.
