Let’s be honest here. if the Packers don’t get those two chunk penalties that help them get within a TD they don’t win that game. The officiating continues to be very suspect not just in our game but league wide.

We lost that game as much as GB won it.

If Allen wins his next 22 straight games, he will have a .500 record.

I dont really want to hear about the if. If Allen had let Grupe try the long FG - instead of taking a delay and a punt - and he made it, it wouldve been a 3 possession game. But we prefer to punt and keep it a 2 possession game.

I will be honest too. The Packers was really penalized in that game more so than us. It took a lot of big plays away from them that would of hurt us. Those calls against us at the end was correctly called. It was clearly pass interference by us.

I absolutely joked at the time "Whelp, here come the refs to help Vegas out"

I never thought it would end up in an L for us and I can't put it *totally* on the refs but... you're right. Without some iffy calls at the end, Packers drives die and we run out the clock

Lost in all the blame going around, don't forget Thomas holding downfield on a first down Hill Run. From a fresh set of downs in Packer territory to a second and 15.

We needed badly the way the defense was gassed on that last drive to pick up one more first down while getting Grupe inside 40. He may still have missed the kick, but I suspect not.

the second one on Yiadom, sure. but the 45 yarder against Taylor was kinda BS. Taylor put his arm out, and the WR ran into it on purpose and flopped. I know they're coached to do that, but it was pretty clear.

other than Carr going down, that 45 yard PI penalty was the turning point to me.

They didn’t cost us the game but that one PI was bullshirt and they definitely were following an agenda. It behooves them to get the game close if possible, spreads etc.

Refs 💯 gifted a TD to GB. They also gave us some calls and we should have capitalized on all of the GB self inflicted stuff. Not on the refs but they’re suspect.

Both team has some very suspect penalties, ours just happened in the second half. Officiating is often poor, that hasn't changed in years. No matter the reason, a team scoring 18 points in the 4th quarter to beat you (when they had a goose egg in 3 quarters) isn't acceptable. We put ourselves in position to lose. Greenbay took advantage of that.

A Sean Payton coached team would have won that game by 3 TDs. It was a layup.
