gotta Put harn up there at S he was TRIZZZASH!!! how about Albert Connell and Adrian Arrington at WR Charles Brown at LT Olin Kreutz C, Fred Thomas at CB and I would petition for a player who was also a walking PI in the passing game Roman Harper for the team aswell, Coached by Dennis Allen

Fred Thomas isn't anywhere close to being on the list of worsts.. He had one subpar season at the end, but other than that he was a decent CB.

Albert Connell deserves a spot on this list, but Adrian Arrington was a R7 pick added to what we didn’t realize was such a loaded WR room (Colston was the clear WR1, Henderson became a complete WR in 2009, Moore was injured in ‘09 but bounced back in ‘10, Meachem still had his deep speed) - not sure which of them Arrington was to supplant

Fred Thomas was a decent starter looking back on it, but he had the misfortune of falling off during the season instead of in the offseason when finding his replacement would have been more readily addressed. Instead it created a crisis that led to pursuing Jason David

Roman Harper would have been an excellent Derwin James or Deone Buchanan style Rover/Joker in today’s NFL, he struggled in deep coverage but was excellent in the box. There just wasn’t much of a demand for 5’10, 205lb linebackers. Now they would have given him a different position title and let him only do what he does best.

I think this entire discussion is a joke and deserved a sarcastic reply. Every team has its fair share of disastrous picks & signings. No organization wants bums on their team and neither do they want to deliberately lose. Every failed player was once a hope of good things to come for the team.

I know that we are just starting a really long offseason. I just hope the thread subjects during this time will tend to inspire feelings of hope rather than about those failings we saw from the past. Like it or not DA is our guy for 2024. The best we can do now is to stay positive and support our team... come what may.
