I guess it's pretty much my fault I had high expectations, With AK out this was his time to shine, Other then the last play of the game which he fumbled on he showed me nothing no wiggle at all.

He's fine. He's a good/solid back, just not going to create much on his own.
AK is the man and the engine...esp when used correctly.

Williams is a very steady rusher. Rarely loses yards and consistently reliable getting the tough yards.
He's not an explosive guy. He's just a tough sob to tackle in short yardage situations.

TEN is a tough run defense, but I do believe Williams has been overhyped. He had a lot of TD’s last season because the Lions have a good OL and running scheme. Williams is a backup RB in this league and always has been.

As others have said, bad o line play, great run d. Also this back is not a flashy guy, he is what he is.

This. I never understood all the hype for him. He needs a goal line within a couple of yards then he’s great. He’s a short yardage bruiser that’s it. Imo.

He's a short yardage back playing way out of his role. He's not getting crazy yards. Ever.

It was also very well blocked. Ruiz was great on that play at the point of attack, Ramzcyk too. Nice combo on the nose. The mike chose to undercut and Hurst maybe should have done a little more but Williams run right through it. Penning with a nice seal.
